Hi - You could certainly modify the LAMMPS pair_eam.cpp to read
your i-j potential file directly. But I’d suggest you put your
3 files into the EAM (DYNAMO) setfl format which is designed for
alloy potentials. Then LAMMPS will read the setfl file directly,
as would DYNAMO …
