Please post to the LAMMPS mail list, not to me personally.
The eam/alloy doc page describes this file. I suggest you
also look at any of the alloy files in the distribution
and see how they are formatted, as they answer your
questions below. R starts at 0. Make the final
value of r go to the cutoff (why wouldn't you do this?).
