[lammps-users] segmentation fault. signal 11

Dear users, thank you for your concern.
I asked about the reasons of the segmentation fault error.
I calculated system with 260000 number of atoms and got no such error.
In PBS script I used pvmem=850mb.

why restricting the memory?
i ran your input after setting all run statements
to "run 2" and dump statements to output in every step
and it ran through (using two tasks on a 32-bit machine).
the issue has to be either how you run the job or in the
physics of your system.

no lammps issue in sight.
