Is there any form of a "shifted and truncated " LJ potential included in Lammps?
I would like to put spherical inclusion in my simulations, interacting with a purely repulsive potential with surroundings.
The pair_style lj/cut is truncated and pair_modify shift yes will shift
it. But that's a pairwise interaction between atoms. When you say
inclusion, that sounds like what fix indent does.
