How can I simulate Al-Si alloy? is it is possible or not? if it is possible could you send me one example for one Alloy?

You first have to search the published literature or suitable databases for a set of potential parameters that can model the alloy in question at the ratio of elements and the conditions you are looking at with sufficient accuracy.
How to best set up simulations is a minor technicality by comparison and can often be gleaned from the publication describing the parameters.
