Could anyone let me know if I can use different size of coarse-grained bead in LAMMPS?
for example, two different sizes of bead (1, 2)

What potential (pair style) are you going to use for
bead-bead interactions? Most of them have a sigma
(or equivalent) defined which is the effective size
and can be defined on a per atom type basis.
