[lammps-users] Strange promble about Fix ave/time

Hi all,

Recently, I had a command like that :

compute 11 all rdf 100 2 28
fix 14 all ave/time 1000 2000 2000000 c_11 file n-Cl.file mode vector

run 2000000

Then ,I had the ouput file" n-Cl.file".But in the file, there were only :

Time-averaged data for fix 14

TimeStep Number-of-rows

Row c_11[1] c_11[2] c_11[3]

I didn’t get the RDF result .

But when I did some changes in the command:

fix 14 all ave/time 1000 1000 1000000 c_11 file n-Cl.file mode vector

just change “2000 2000000” into" 1000 1000000".

Then I got the RDF result.

I feel confused about such strange problem.

What timestep did your run start on?
