That's the timestep size - I mean what timestep did
were you at when the run started that didn't produce
fix ave time output. I'm guessing it was not timestep 0.
The fix ave/time command you used would require
output form step 1000 to produce output at step 2 million.
I'm guessing you started after timestep 1000, so you
got no output at 2m.
