hi everybody,
i just implemented triclinic simulation cell support for reading
native LAMMPS trajectories into VMD.
for my few trivial test cases is seems to be working fine, but
experience has taught me, that there always people generating
data, that is different than expected.
so if anybody has some collection of lammps trajectories
with triclinic cell system, i would like to have a few samples
for testing my implementation.
the resulting code will be available in the next VMD test version
and the next official release. for people running linux and not
being afraid of compiling something themselves i can also make
a small source code package to override the existing VMD plugin.
