Could anybody help me on how to estimate thermal conductivity and bulk viscosity for a DPD fluid with Lammps? Thanks in advance.Jim
You can measure viscosity in the usual NEMD way, or via fix viscosity.
See the NEMD section in doc/Section_howto.html.
Thermal conductivity is similar but different. There isn't anything
in LAMMPS to automate that. You'd have to add it.
