Dear Lammps_users
What is the unit of stress?
Should it be force over ares(eV/A**3) or the pressure (bars)?

The stress unit is 10^(-25) N-m. If you need stress in bars then you
have to divide the stress output by the volume in Angstrom^3.
Stress = output/(volume in A^3) = bars

yes - this is explained in the doc page for the dump command.
The stress tensor components are really stress-volume or
pressure-volume. Thus if you multiply by Ang^3 you get
the native pressure units (see the units command).
