Then I'm trying ti run script with "units cgs" or "units si"
There is an error:
LAMMPS (21 May 2008)
ERROR: Illegal units command
Then I'm using lj all is work.

Make sure you have all of the patches updated (especially the 26 July 2008 patch), or use the "LAMMPS upgrade" version here:
http://lammps.sandia.gov/download.html
Those commands are new as of July 26.
