I have a system where the salt concentration is different along the box length hence I want to use a different debye length along the box. Is there any way to do that? Currently only a single value of debye length can be used for the simulation.

You didn't mention what command you are using to set the
Debye length?
If it's an input parameter, e.g. pair_style lj/cut/coul/debye,
then it could be made a variable, in which case it could be
position dependent. This would have to be added, as it
has been for several commands, which allow variables as input.
