Dear Christer,
If you are not satisfied with VMD or AtomEye I can recommend you our
visualization software OVITO. It can directly load LAMMPS data and dump
files (text/binary/compressed) and it can process any number and kind of
data columns written to the dump files. I claim that it is more powerful
than AtomEye and, in contrast to VMD, it is tailored to visualization of
solid state materials.
