Hello everyone!
The VMD 1.8.7 is used on windows plat. And the triclinic box is created in the simulation, when the outfile file is imported in the vmd. It appears “lammpsplugin: Scaled coordinates with triclinic box are not (yet) supported” . It seems some files should be installed to support the vmd. How to deal with this problem? Thanks!
