laser ablation of Silicon materials

Hi all,

I am trying to simulate ablation of Silicon material by using fix/ttm. But it is not working.Is anybody working on it?

Please help me if any suggestion or any other method/command is there to get the ablation Silicon.

​"it is not working" is too vague to give any specific advice. most likely,
you didn't use it correctly.
