linear interpolation of EAM potential tables

I’m a new user of LAMMPS. I know this is a very elementary question: Does “pair_style table” command affect eam/alloy files? I’m looking for a way to change the interpolation method of EAM potentials.

pair style table and pair style eam/alloy are two very different things.

change the interpolation method of EAM potentials.

this is something different. you may need to write your own tool for that.
