Lowe-Andersen thermostat for a simple 2D LJ system

Hello everyone !!!

I am just a beginner with LAMMPS. Sorry for bothering you with my naive question.
After going through the documentations I have got the feeling that Lowe-Andersen thermostat can be implemented with LAMMPS using both lj/cut and dpd in pair_style hybrid/overlay. Is that correct?

I don't recall the details of a LA thermostat, but you can
choose any of the thermostats in LAMMPS (see Section
4.16 of the manual), or write your own fix to do what you want.
