make lammps on stampede

Hi,

The current version of that I have in my TACC account is of 10Feb2015. I tried to upgrade it to the latest stable release 17Nov2016.

In my work directory I uploaded the lammps package and then from src dir typed:

make stampede

It created the executable ‘lmp_stampede’ but gave me the following error message:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -ltbbmalloc
make[1]: *** […/lmp_stampede] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/work/xxxx/username/lammps-17Nov16/src/Obj_stampede’
make: *** [stampede] Error 2

Can someone share the appropriate procedure to make lammps on stampede? I appreciate your help.

Thanks,
Daipayan

For a reduced #timesteps the script works with no errors in our local
