This is relevant to those having recent issues building
with the USER-CUDA package ...
I posted a patch for these Makefiles Christian (15 Sep 11). Just the
3 Makefiles in lib/cuda. I don't think the USER-CUDA/Install.sh
or 2 top-level LAMMPS Makefiles needed to change.
