read the manual, study material about compiling on linux systems and using makefiles. there is a gazillion of online material available.
this is the lammps-users mailing list and not a site for tutoring beginners in compiling on linux machines. there may be some helpful information or suitable references in the lammps-users mailing list archives, for example. i don’t have the time to dig those out special for you.
… or simply don’t use an old version of LAMMPS. the LAMMPS developers have moved on.
