Manual references to fix reax/c/species broken

lammps-developers,

I’m interested in trying out the new reax/c/species command, but all the manual references to it lead to a missing page 404 error?

for example on:
http://lammps.sandia.gov/doc/Section_commands.html
http://lammps.sandia.gov/doc/fix_reax_bonds.html

also the pages are directing to different addresses:
fix_reaxc_species.html

fix_species.html

for now, there is a text file with command description in doc/ directory.

The HTML file was missing from the repo - just added it,
so should be fixed.
