meam file format

Dear lammps-users:

When I use meam potential in my input, the lammps feedback a word, which is Incorrect format in MEAM potential file(…/pair_meamc.cpp:412). I look for it in the error document and find it means Incorrect number of words per line in the potential file. But I have checked my potential file, and I didn’t find where is wrong. Can anybody help with this?

Below is my meam file:

you would guess this error message, when you use the following file as MEAM
"library" file and not as "user" file. ​in the second case, you would get
the error, that the asub parameter is not supported.
please review the MEAM pair style documentation more carefully. both the
format of the "library" and the "user" file are explained in great detail.
