measuring electrophoretic heating

My question may sound as lammps non specific but any suggestion would be helpful. I am trying to quantify the electrophoretic heating due to charged particle inside solvent, when subjected to external oscillating electric field. How this can be done in lammps or using molecular simulation.

​you can model this via fix efield, however, it will be practically
impossible to model this with realistic conditions, as you are not likely
to see a statistically relevant effect with realistic field strengths at
the time scale and system size available to MD simulations.
