Hello everyone,
I have used compute stress/atom command to calculate the virial stress of atoms and then used reduce sum to average over the atoms. I used fix deform command with {erate} to perform the deformation of the box through engineering strain. So far I am confused about if the mechanical stress I am getting is Cauchy stress or virial stress?
