metal units for TTM

Dear lammps users,

I have the doubt regarding the units.I am working on TTM, SO shall I use the metal units .

and one more doubt I have regarding the visualization. I want to visualization of defects in the materials , is it possible by OVITO?

If it is possible then can help me any body.

Any simulation you want to do with LAMMPS
can be done with any units, if you provide appropriate
inputs. Re: OVITO, please go look at the OVITO
web page to see what it can do.
