Hello. My API is configured correctly, and there’s no problem with the network. However, I’ve run into the following issues that I haven’t been able to resolve so far. I’m reaching out for help. I’d be extremely grateful if you could help me solve them.
Can you pip install --upgrade mp_api and retry?
Yes, I have installed the latest version of mp_api and set up retries, but I still encounter the above - mentioned error. This problem really troubles me.
This is unlikely to be an issue with our API. It looks like your machine can’t reach the internet or is otherwise blocked through proxy settings for instance. Do you have another network/machine you could try on?
I can use it on the Windows system, but I can’t use it if I use the server of our research group. I think it’s the server setting. I’ll go and have a look again.
