My run stops at a certain step

I’m running two simulations in NPT but they both fail at a certain step (not the same).
I’ve tried to restart adding these commands:

neighbor 3.0 bin
neigh_modify delay 0 every 1 check yes

but nothing happened, the simulations still immediately stop after 1 step

What should I do?
