Do you have any input script for the same to calculate the natural freq of
a tube .Check out the fix phonon doc page, which explains its usages.
...and have a good look into a book about MD and analysis of MD
simulations. spectral densities can for example also be obtained from
a fourier transform of the velocity auto-correlation. this is all
standard MD stuff and thus off-topic for this mailing list.
