nbin=2 on fix thermal/conductivity

Hello,

I’m testing some convergence of the Muller-Plathe method for thermal conductivity (my first trial). I’m wondering if it makes sense to have in the fix thermal/conductivity an Nbin = 2. If I try, the code comes out with an error, but I wanted to know if this possibility has been excluded on purpose.

yes, you need at least 4 bins. 2 bins to exchange kinetic energy and 2
bins between them.
