can you please explain about "neigh_bond "error?
I get this error in first step!!!
What should I do?

As section errors of the doc pages explain, it
means a 2nd atom in a bond cannot be found for some
atom. Typically b/c your initial geometry is bad
or the atom is beyond the cutoff you have defined.
