sorry, but your question is really difficult to answer for two reasons:
1) you are using a specific "slang" term (elongational flow) that will
reduce the number of people that can help you to those that know
what this term means (it is not a commonly used one for sure), and
thus potentially excluding people that *could* help you
2) it is not clear from your question whether you have a problem
figuring out which LAMMPS commands are suitable or don't
know in a more general way how to set up such a simulation.
you got to help people to help you. describe what your problem is
in simple terms and ideally given a non-specific example and try
to be more precise as to what your difficulties are.
