As of version 3.13, ATAT includes a useful command (sqs2tdb) which pretty much automates the process of going from enthalpies of formation of solid solutions (determined from SQS) to a ready-to-use .tdb file (to be directly read by Pandat, Thermocalc, OpenCalphad, etc.)
A SQS database for many crystal structures is included.
