Hello all I want to simulate a plate that is included an inclined crack. I can’t define the regions down and up the crack (to use the neigh_modify exclude command). Please help me. Thank you in advance. |
You can put the atoms on either side of the crack in different
regions - e.g. using a region plane command. Then
you can assign them to 2 different groups or types and
use the neigh_modify exclude options.
