hi,
i am using nitrogen molecule as a rigid rotor.I am grouping nitrogen atoms
group N2 type 2(two atoms).
Now i assigned velocity in this way.
velocity N2 create 300 77237 dist gaussian
its showing error "Atom ID must be consecutive’
Can anyone resolve this issue.
one more question will above command generate both translational and rotational velocity.
