I am researching on the structure and some properties of nanoprticles. The simulation results show that the nanoparticle rotates rapidly and deforms into spindle shape. How can I solve it？

what kind of thermostat, if any, are you using?
you should make sure that there are no residual
translational or rotational momenta on the particles.
