number/density in ave/spatial

Dear all

my geometry is perfect symmetrical and all of the outputs obey the symmetry correspondingly except the number/density !
is there anyone has ever examined the number/density keyword of ave/spatial command and gotten correct output?

Number density can be inconsistent across bins, if the grid of bins is incommensurate withe the spacings between atoms. Particularly for perfect crystals. It is difficult to discuss this subject in such generality. Axel
