Dear Lammps users,
I would like to calculate translational and orientaion correlations for a 2D system using LAMMPS.
When I searched for the same, I did find that the same question had been asked earlier, but couldn’t find the final answer or solution.
Any suggestions in this regard will be helpful.

what LAMMPS can or cannot do, is documented in the manual. please review
the various compute styles and fixes and see if there is something along
the lines of what you are looking for. if not, then you would need to
program a suitable compute/fix or do your analysis in post-processing.
