is there a question here?
i get error messages from LAMMPS all the time when i try out something
new, but i don't feel the urge to share them with the mailing list.
That’s an internal error in the reax/c pair style. Ray can
probably comment as to what triggers it.

Your angle list ran out of memory space. Use safezone and mincap keywords to increase memory sizes. See reax/c doc page for more info.
