This is not currently possible via the website, although you can construct the phase diagram yourself using Materials Project data and pymatgen to do this (see pymatgen.analysis.phase_diagram).
We do have a feature that can do this in testing however, which may make it to a future public version of the website. I’ll update this thread if/when appropriate.
