Yes, it’s surely possible.
You can just use pair_style hybrid.

I believe it’s clearly explained in the manual. Please review it again.

you can use the pair_coeff command as many times as you want. whether
it has the desired effect, strongly depends on the pair style and the
specific force field you are using. explanations are in the LAMMPS
manual.
