In my simulation box I have 3 elements, (Fe, O, Fe). can I use eam/alloy potential for (3-3) and the reax/c for others (1-1,1-2, 2-2,1-3,2-3) by pair_style hybrid or hybrid/overlay.
please advise me.
No, you cannot do that. Reax does not support hybrid. And you cannot partition manybody potentials like this.
