Dear Arun,
I did check my tabulated values. I drew the potential curve with respect to r but it does not look like the lennard jones potential curve.I constructed my table of potential by substituting different values of r ( from 0 to rcut) into the lennard jones formula. I still don't know what I am doing wrong here.
