and I use " An adaptive multi-grid peridynamic method for dynamic fracture" for s00 and c 3d
but I cannot compute the Similar force with experimental result.

If you are using 0.0005 as lattice spacing I would not recommend to use 0.002505 as horizon, as it is more than 5 times the lattice spacing. Honestly, I am surprised that worked in the first place in LAMMPS. Not knowing the configuration you are considering, I would in any case suggest you to try with an horizon of 3*lattice spacing, i.e. 0.0015.
