peridynamics in gpu

Hello to all,

In our research group we are working with the Peri package from LAMMPS. We are interested in porting the CPU code to GPU. Is there anyone working in this already?

Not that I’m aware. You can ask Mike Parks or Mike Brown or Christian Trott.
The “bond” part of PD may take some thought to make it efficient for GPUs.

no. i currently spend most of my time developing teaching materials
for HPC workshops and classes, giving lectures and fiddling with
mathematical functions.
