Placing LJ particle inside a sphere

Hello,

I am trying to run simulations with a self propelled LJ colloidal particles which have two smaller spherical particles placed rigidly inside each colloid. Is there functionality in LAMMPS to do that or do I have to code it in?

Your model is not clear to me, but there is a fix rigid command

in LAMMPS.
