i have 2 questions. first, how i can chang the size of particle, in stead of 1 bead in size i want it 10 beads in size? second, if i want to draw the mean square displacement of a tracer particle, what i should write in the dump file
i wrote it as “dump 1 all custom 10000 DNA.dump id x y z”, should i use x,y,z or xu, yu, zu?
