Postdoc Position for Soft Matter Simulation, Center for Nanophase Materials Sciences, Oak Ridge National Laboratory

Dear All,

We are seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to support research
efforts on dynamics of soft materials by using large-scale molecular
dynamics simulations. In this role, you will be part of the
Macromolecular Nanomaterials Group in the Center for Nanophase
Materials Sciences Division (CNMS), Physical Sciences Directorate
(PSD) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). As a Postdoc you will
have the opportunity to work closely with an interdisciplinary team
that includes experts on polymer synthesis,
theory/modeling/simulation, and experimental characterization, and to
interact with a vibrant set of researchers from around the world. You
will be responsible for investigating ionic transport in polymer
electrolytes using large-scale molecular dynamics simulations.
Particular attention will be focused on developing new methodologies
for characterizing ionic transport mechanism. Successful candidates
will work within a collaborative team to advance microscopic
investigation of ionic transport in polymers.

More information on the position and how to apply is available in the
attached pdf file.
