Printing delta t from restart file

Dear all,

This is a simple question.

Is there anyway to extract the timestep (delta t) used from restart file (either binary or text)? I have a trajectory and its corresponding starting restart file. But I am not sure as to what dt I used in it? When I started printing dt using thermo after reading from restart file it is showing the default value though.

restart files that were written with LAMMPS versions before 16 Jul
2015 do not contain information about the timestep.
for newer versions, the timestep should be read automatically.
