Please reply to the mailing list, not the individual people.
Kirill uses his own tools there to convert data to TecPlot files (links are in the text). It has nothing to do with restart2data or lammps -r.
I think your link explains the steps needed very well.

You can’t.
I want to show the streamline or velocity profile in tecplot!!
